Volunteer Position: Groundskeeper

Reports to: Custodian

Purpose

The Grounds Keeper position helps ensure all the area surrounding Agape Table is a clean and healthy environment. The groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring that the front sidewalk is swept regularly and garbage is picked up and put into the trash bags to help keep our community beautiful.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep sidewalk
• Pick up debris and trash
• Rake leaves and debris
• Inspect building for any graffiti
• Empty Garbage cans
• Sweep floors
• Mop floors
• Clean bathrooms

• Energetic and positive attitude
• Good work ethic
• Punctual and reliable
• Able to follow directions well
• Ability to work well with other volunteers and with little direction
